小折疊腳踏車 + 練習台 = 室外休閒 + 室內健身！
最近除了流行 20 吋的小折疊腳踏車，另外一起跟著流行的是可以把腳踏車當室內健身車的「練習台」。這麼好的東西怎麼能錯過呢？於是昨天晚上我們就跑去搬了一台回家。從此不用去亞力山大。（最好還有的去啦……）
（不過網拍上有很多是不能架 20 吋小車的，想買的朋友要注意喔！）
我們買的是 Elite 牌最便宜的 Crono Mag。架起來長這樣：
後輪是這樣架著的：
兩邊都這樣把螺絲咬住，騎起來蠻穩的，完全沒有快掉下去的感覺：
有一個可以夾在車把上的變速器，小數值練踩速，大數值練腳力：
大學從家裡騎自行車到台大上課五年、當助理也騎了一年。後來在家工作，又買了車，就沒再騎了。最近終於重回單車一族懷抱，又有練習台可以半夜在家運動（這台蠻安靜的），真好。

我一直在考慮的一點就是，小折會不會踏板的力距太短很難踩，因為我們家曾經有過折疊式腳踏車，踩的時候雙腳運動範圍很小，踩起來蠻尷尬的….
加購個練習台感覺很不錯，下雨天可以邊看電視邊踩。

我覺得還好。雖然我的身高跟 gwanlin 差一截，但腿長還算長；把椅子調高一點，腳是可以伸直的。
不過至少還是要 20 吋。16 吋真的太小。
練習台很棒！每天可以出出汗，這是以前很難做到的。

我同學告訴我，在練習台上面踩比較累，因為在路上踩兩下就可以滑很遠，再加上障礙物、紅綠燈，所以騎一個小時其實不覺得怎麼樣，但是在練習台因為不會有障礙物，所以是持續一直踩，在生理跟心裏上都比較累…XD
剛查了一下，ELITE- CRONO MAG一台要NT.8950呀!!比我目前考慮的車子(KHS F-20a)本身還貴…..冏rz……
感覺就好像Pre比Microphone還貴……

沒錯。在練習台上踩累多了。我剛踩完15分鐘，累翻…不過這也是練習的用意吧？
Elite Crono Mag 是該系列最便宜的了…而它已經是”小折可用練習台”裡最便宜的。自行車突然間已經不是窮人的工具了呢….
Pre 比 mic 貴其實是有可能的。我現在錄 demo 是用 SM57 進 Apogee Duet，就是一例。
